By booking, visiting, or paying for our passport/ID photo service you accept these Service Terms.

1) What's included

  • A short photo session (we use a simple 3-shot rule and choose the best of three).
  • Minimum four printed photos, cut and ready to submit.
  • Optional add-ons: digital file by email and extra print sets (additional charges apply).

2) Customer responsibilities

  • Tell us the correct country/authority (e.g., Australian passport, US visa, ASIC, taxi, student ID) and any special requirements.
  • Follow quick directions: neutral expression, mouth closed, no glasses, plain background; religious head coverings are fine if the full face is visible.
  • Check and approve the preview/print before you leave.
  • If you're concerned about appearance, please note: This is just meant to be an accurate representation of you for identification purposes.

3) Compliance & acceptance guarantee

  • We size, light and crop to the relevant standard (e.g., Australian passport 35–40 mm × 45–50 mm, head 32–36 mm).
  • If an issuing authority rejects your photo for photo-compliance, return within 90 days with the rejection notice and we'll re-shoot at no charge.
  • The guarantee covers a re-shoot only; no refunds or coverage of other costs (application fees, travel, postage, missed appointments, etc.).

4) Pricing, payment & refunds

  • Current prices are shown in-store and on our website/booking page.
  • Payment is taken at the time of service.
  • Because the service is performed on the spot and you approve the image, no refunds once photos are produced (your 90-day re-shoot guarantee still applies).

5) Digital files (if selected)

  • We email the file to the address you provide. Email/online portals are outside our control.
  • We will name/size the file to your requested specification where possible, noting that authority requirements may change.

6) Child-safe conduct

  • The shooting area remains open and visible.
  • Staff do not touch customers or children; parents/guardians handle all positioning and adjustments.
  • A parent/guardian must be present for anyone under 18.

7) Privacy & image retention

  • We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles.
  • You can choose one of the following image retention options at the counter:
  • Delete after fulfilment – delete image files within 48 hours; or
  • Keep for reprints – securely retain image files for 90 days to allow reprints/resends.
  • We never use your image for marketing without your separate written consent.

8) Limitations of liability

  • Standards and online portals can change; we rely on the information you provide.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the passport/ID photo service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., missed travel, application delays).
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9) Copyright & permitted use

  • Unless agreed otherwise, copyright remains with the business.
  • You receive a licence to use the images for identification and official applications only.

10) Changes to these terms

  • We may update these Service Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies when you book or attend your session.
